This policy explains what data the A2M Coffee website collects, why we collect it, how we protect it and your rights over it.

Last updated: October 2026

  1. 01

    Who we are

A2M Coffee is a coffee shop in Kafr El Sheikh, Egypt. You can contact us about your data at a2m.caf@gmail.com or 010 9001 1653.

  2. 02

    Data we collect

When you create an account: your name, email, mobile number, gender, stage, field and interests, plus your bio and LinkedIn link if you add them. When you use Meet & Brew: your meetup requests, their preferences and your ratings. When you send a message from the contact page: your name, contact details and message.

  3. 03

    How we use it

To run Meet & Brew, suggest the right people and reserve tables, to contact you about your meetups and messages, and to improve the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

  4. 04

    What other members see

The people you are matched with see your name, stage, field, title and workplace or university if you add them, your bio, your LinkedIn link if you add it, and the interests you share. Your phone number and email are never shown to other members.

  5. 05

    Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The Google map embedded on the site is subject to Google's privacy policy.

  6. 06

    Storage and security

Data travels over an encrypted connection, and passwords are stored hashed so nobody can read them. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers in France, and by creating an account you agree to this transfer.

  7. 07

    Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to delete your account, except for anything we are legally required to keep.

  8. 08

    Your rights

You can view and correct your data from your profile page, ask us to delete it or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to a2m.caf@gmail.com.
